Ladimax University is a professional continuing education provider built on 30 years of documented outcomes in women's health — and the institutional backbone of The Sweet Reversal methodology.
We exist because midlife women deserve health professionals who actually understand their biology. The hormonal shifts, the metabolic changes, the nervous system dysregulation, the insulin resistance — all of it interacting simultaneously in ways that conventional health and wellness training does not prepare practitioners to address.
Our courses are built for licensed health and wellness coaches, occupational therapists, nurses, and allied health professionals who work with midlife women and want a clinically grounded framework that reflects what is actually happening in this population.
We are approved by both NBHWC and the International Coaching Federation. Our curriculum has been independently reviewed and validated by two of the most respected credentialing bodies in health and wellness — not because we sought a credential, but because the work warranted it.

Nicole Sanders | Founder, Ladimax University Metabolic Health Strategist · OTA· LMT · Master Life Coach · PhD Candidate, Psychology. She is the founder of Ladimax Lifestyle OS — a 30-year women's health company — and the co-founder of The Sweet Reversal alongside nationally recognized broadcaster Rene Syler.
Over 30 years Nicole has worked with 7k+ midlife women, collecting over 15k+ data points on metabolic health outcomes through the Midlife Neuro Metabolic Performance Study — one of the few longitudinal datasets of its kind focused specifically on this population.
Ladimax University was built to make that methodology available to the health professionals who serve these women every day.

As a licensed occupational therapist, massage therapist, master life coach, and PhD candidate in Psychology, Nicole brings a rare combination of clinical depth, somatic expertise, and behavioral science to the question of why midlife women's metabolic health keeps falling through the cracks of conventional care. Her work sits at the intersection of autonomic nervous system regulation and midlife metabolic performance... a clinical territory she has been mapping for three decades and formally codified through the development of the House of You framework and the Ladimax Nervous System Performance Scale.

She is the founder of Ladimax University, creator of the NMWHP-C certification program, co-founder of The Sweet Reversal alongside nationally recognized television broadcaster René Syler, and the architect of the Midlife Neuro-Metabolic Performance Study, the first longitudinal research initiative examining structured nervous system regulation as a mechanism for metabolic optimization in women 40-65. Ladimax University exists because the practitioners who serve midlife women deserve the same clinical framework their clients have been waiting for someone to build.
To close the gap between what health and wellness professionals are trained to do and what midlife women actually need — by providing the most clinically grounded, outcomes-based continuing education available in this space.
